Parking in Ballard
Ballard is a neighborhood of Seattle, Washington with a strong Scandinavian heritage. The Nordic Heritage Museum is located in Ballard, and the area celebrates numerous Scandinavian holidays including Syttendi Mai (Constitution Day).
